BXB Performance LLC ("BXB Performance," "we," "us") provides training and recovery services in Dallas, Texas, through beautyxbeast.com, our online booking page, and our member app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, and, for clients under 18, a parent or guardian's details.
- Booking details: the services, dates, and times you book, cancel, or attend, and any notes you send us.
- Intake and health information: goals, health-screening answers, injuries, medications, emergency contact, uploaded documents, and your signed waiver. We use this only to train and treat you safely.
- Progress records: assessment results and notes your coach records.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as your device's internet address when you sign the waiver.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on your sessions.
- To plan safe, effective training and recovery, and to track your progress.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To send updates you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Netlify: hosts our website and stores booking records.
- Stripe: processes payments. Payments may be collected through the account of the facility where we train (Ment Fitness).
- Resend: delivers our emails.
- Twilio: delivers our text messages.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number only to send messages about your appointments and account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep client records, including health intake and waivers, for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, insurance, and record-keeping needs.
Your choices
- Use the unsubscribe link in any update email to stop marketing emails.
- Reply STOP to stop text messages.
- Email us to see, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep.
Children
We work with athletes under 18 only with a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian completes or approves intake and the waiver for minors.
Security
We use secure, encrypted connections and limit access to client records to BXB Performance staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
